In an ordinary injection workshop : tap water is general circulating media in workshop .tap water is rich in calcium , magnesium and other minerals and organic matter . if rapid heating and cooling equipment directly uses circulating tap water directly , When heating pipes temperture raise to more than 120 ℃ , calcium , magnesium and other minerals and organic matter are easy to adhere on heating pipe surface and become sediment , it is easy to burn out and lead to equipment failure , and pause production .
